With its Energy Forum, Bavaria presents an attractive information and cooperation platform, especially in the fields concerning the efficient use of energy and renewable energies. The Energy Forum addresses the topics of joining networks, knowledge exchange and industry specific platforms for introducing cooperations and launching projects. Photovoltaic companies and science have been working together on innovative tasks for many years (i.e.: Research Cooperation for Solar Energy FORSOL).

The Coordination Center of the Hydrogen Initiative Bavaria (Koordinationsstelle der Wasserstoff Initiative Bayern - wiba) in Munich, was founded in 1996 with support from the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport and Technology. The primary goal is the development and support of hydrogen based technology. • Support of companies established in Bavaria during project conception
  • Public relations on the subject of hydrogen energy technology in the form of brochures, meetings, trade fairs, media, etc.
  • Formulation of a long-term strategy for the promotion of hydrogen energy technology
